DISCLAIMER | Due to individual storage, handling, and feeding practices; Modern K9 Ltd., it’s owners, partners, and/or employees,  will not be held liable nor responsible for any products sold once they leave our care and custody.

We accept returns within 30 days on raw food that is frozen, and in the original packings. Please click here for more details.

We do not accept returns on any electronic items, RuffLand products, Kuranda beds, clearance items, or any opened/used products. Shipping and credit card processing fees (5%) are non-refundable.
